So so sleepy...

Once upon a time, not many years ago, I could fall asleep anywhere, any time of day and be fully functional always. Now it seems as though I need definite periods of sleep. Now I can't fall asleep the moment I close my eyes. Now I find myself short of rest.

Was awakened this morning by parent moving around - this is normal, I've always been somewhat of a light sleeper. What is not normal, or is becoming the new normal, is that I couldn't fall back asleep. Then parent wanted me to do stuff with him. Parent always wants me to be far more involved with his activities than I want to be... or that I have time for... or etc. I tell myself that one day parent will no longer be here and I will regret time not spent helping or being with him but... there must be balance. 

I need sleep. More of it. It might be nap time fairly soon.

I'm tired and sleepy... so whilst I do have stuff I'd like to write about ... it's only coming to me in point form... ah well...

• Hair removal - I'm not sure how it came to be that females should not have hair.. am sure it's there for a reason... I'm tired of waxing and shaving and etcetera. Can I please just grow my leg hair?
• Musicals! - Shoeaholic is singing in the chorale for the Lion King Musical! Of course I'm going... 
• Work and responsibility - if you hire me for one position and will not reward me if I do extra..then I simply won't do extra...
• Sitting is Killing Us... I read about it.

I'll flesh out these at some point... right now I'm going to bed...

I board the plane for NY in minutes... How fast can I type?

Questions.. So many.. Headache.. Due to lack of sleep? Arranging  travel arrangements? Cold airport flooring on bare feet? Arguments.. Discussions.. Plans.. 3 states 11 days.. 3 assignments 13000 words..

Maybe I'll find a moment to rest on the plane?

Have you ever wondered why there are spaces between the doors and the doorjambs of public restrooms? Why? Are public-restroom builders encouraging exhibitionism?

Leaving the country in election-fever.. He says.. She says.. Time for a change.. do you really not know who you're voting for?

Airhostesses passing in sky-high heels.. Almost time to board.. I'm in need of a vacation.. Here's hoping this time away will be..
